Ideally, you will have experience painting either Aircraft or Heavy Vehicles. We are open to candidates with all levels of experience including those who might not be working in the Aerospace industry. To succeed, you will need to have a passion for the KC-30A program and a willingness to learn from an experienced team around you. Working as part of a team to deliver multiple serviceable aircraft at once - on time and within budget, you will identify manpower, tools and facilities requirements, present solutions to resolve manpower technical and logistics challenges, and report and follow-up major defects and publication.
