Put on your Halloween costumes and join us outside in the plaza for stories, games, treats, and a spooktacular time! The Friends of the Library will also be handing out Halloween goodies.

This storytime we will be feature a book about skeletons called “Bonaparte Falls Apart.” Join the staff of the BEC for Storytime! Gather at the Nature Explore play area at 10 am for story time! Feel free to bring a blanket to sit on. Then, take what you learn out on the trails to become true EcoExplorers! While you're here, learn about the local environment through self-guided activities and interactive resources. We'll uncover the origin of myths and dispel them by revealing fascinating (and sometimes beneficial) characteristics of the creatures behind them! Drop in during visiting hours 9 am - noon to learn about the BEC, Coppell Nature Park, and the seasonal programs offered.
